Information on personal data processing

Dear Sir/ Dear Madam,

for the purposes provided by EU Regulation n. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, we inform you that the processing of personal data supplied and acquired by "Sinterleghe S.r.l.", will be processed in compliance with the legislation provided for by the Regulation in respect of rights and obligations. For this reason, the following is specified:

Data controller

The data controller is "Sinterleghe S.r.l." - in the person of Mr. Eugenio Tedeschi, with registered office at Corso Einaudi, 18 - 10139 Torino.

Purpose of the processing

The processing is solely for the management, tax, administrative and accounting purposes, and legitimate performance of what you request.

Breach of data protection
