Founded by Eugenio Tedeschi in 1989, Sinterleghe has grown thanks to its own development of a know-how that has allowed to diversify its offer getting to high quality standards.
Thanks to our products performances, we have sold to some of the most important automotive plants around the world.

Our story
You can’t tell Sinterleghe without considering the research that has made it, over the years, the company of today, and that continues to transform it.
1890
Anzola d'Ossola (VB - Italy) the Tedeschi family founded a sawmill, an activity passed on for 5 generations that allows, in 1948, some descendants to found the first company in Italy for the processing of carbide. Today Anzola d'Ossola is one of the main Italian districts of companies specialized in sintering and machining of carbide, among these also Sinterleghe, whose name comes from the union and abbreviation of “sinterizzazione” (sintering) and “leghe” (alloys)

Eugenio Tedeschi founded in Turin Sinterleghe, a company initially active in the sale of sintered hard metal products
1992
Conception and construction of a hard metal cutter for the finishing of welding electrodes and registration of the logo and brand Ravitex®
1994
Approval SRA Tip dresser Series and hard metal cutters c/o BMW AG for the E-39 project (Dingolfing - Germany)

Where the family sawmill was located, a production plant is built with a temperature-controlled metrology chamber and an area equipped with robots and welding pliers for testing and developing Ravitex® products

Extension of the production plant in Anzola d'Ossola (VB - Italy) entirely realized with lamellar structure in XLAM to remember the origins and the work of the past generations of the Tedeschi family

Start of the process of transformation of Sinterleghe: from an entrepreneurial company to Lean Enterprice where the logic of continuous improvement is favored by the creation of work teams with multidisciplinary skills

Purchase of CNC 4.0 machines and implementation for their use of processes supported by predictive maintenance to increase the production capacity of both mechanical components and carbide cutters RX: from 6 000 pcs./year at 18 000 pcs./year

Approval and sale of the RX.2 patented hard metal cutters c/o TESLA Berlin-Brandenburg.
